Company ranked 3rd in the Índice de Satisfação da Qualidade Percebida - Perceived Quality Satisfaction Index
Last November 3th, Enel Distribuição Ceará was awarded the Bronze Category in the energy sector by the Índice de Satisfação com a Qualidade Percebida (ISQP/ISCAL -Perceived Quality Satisfaction Index), through the 2016 CIER Award. In addition, the company also showed the strongest growth in the attributes of Social Responsibility, guaranteeing its second award in the same edition.
Chief Operating Officer of Enel Distribuição Ceará, Távora Batista, received the recognition in the event held in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

The two awards granted to us demonstrate that our company is a reference among Distribution, Generation and Transmission companies in the whole Latin America and in part of Central America, strengthening even more the Enel Group in Brazil.”
The CIER Award is promoted annually by the Comissão de Integração Energética Regional (Regional Energy Integration Commission) and acclaims Latin American leading energy distribution, transmission and generation companies for their levels of excellence. This year, 63 companies competed for the award.
