Programmed disconnection or reconnection

Request by the customer to disconnect the consumer unit substation.

Who can request: account holder or legal representative with signed and notarised power of attorney.

Where to request: Customer Service Centre, Large Customer Service Store and Customer Service Executives

Fees and costs: there will be a charge.

Provision of Measurement Data (mass memory)

Sending of the files to the customer with the magnitudes measured for the period of a billing cycle.

Who can request: account holder or their legal representative.

Where to request: Customer Service Executives.

Fees and costs: there will be a charge

Supply of frequency pulses and synchronism

The supply of frequency pulses and synchronism is the connection of Enel’s measuring system to the customer’s demand management system, via the movement of exclusive equipment for this service.

Who can request: account holder or legal representative.

Where to request: Customer Service Executives.

Fees and costs: there will be a charge.

New Connection

Installation of meter at a new consumer unit for commercial customers.

Conditions: Available power analysis (with a possibility of executing works and financial participation from the applicant), signing of contract, substation approval, including protection adjustments.

Where to request: Large Customer Rio Catchment Area.

Fees and costs: there is no charge for this service. However, financial participation may be required for the extension, reinforcement or modification of the existing grid.

Change in Contracted Demand

Alteration in current contracted demand.

Conditions: For increases: contract signing, available power analysis (with a possibility of executing works and financial participation from the applicant), substation approval, including protection adjustments (if an increase of installed power has been executed)

Fees and costs: There is no charge for this service.

Normal Reconnection

Request to re-establish suspended energy supply.

Who can request: account holder, their legal representative or third parties.

Where to request: customer Service Centre, Large Customer Service Store and Customer Service Executives.

Fees and costs: there will be a charge

Removal or Relocation of Post/Grid

Application to remove post/grid at customer’s request.

Conditions: Request does not have to be made by the account holder, with the service performed only after RDS payment (various receipts).

Where to request: Customer Service Executives.

Duplicate Bill

Request to issue a duplicate bill due to loss or being unable to pay the original bill through no fault of Enel’s.

Who can request: account holder, their legal representative or third parties.

Where to request: Virtual branch, Customer Service Centre and Customer Service executives.

Fees and costs: there will be a charge - with the exception of requests filed via the Virtual Branch, which are free.  

Title Transfer        

Change in electricity account holder name, when there is no debt against the property.

Attention: We reiterate that a title transfer for a consumer unit with open debt will only be concluded after analysis and approval by Enel’s legal department.

Who can request: new account holder or their legal representative.

Fees and costs: There is no charge for this service.

Voltage Level Check

Installation of device in the distributor’s grid to check the voltage level of the supply of electricity to the consumer unit. The service will only take place following a formal complaint by the customer.

Inspection

Request for inspection of consumer unit meter that presents operational problems.
