A publicly-held public limited company controlled by Enel Brasil, which directly holds 46.9% of its total and voting capital. It is also directly and indirectly controlled by Enel Américas and Chilectra Inversud, which respectively directly hold 31.7% and 21% of its total voting capital. The remaining shares are traded in BM&FBovespa.
