Márcia Massotti

Head of Sustainability

Márcia Massotti has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), and started her professional career in 1997 at Banco BVA S.A, an investment bank in Rio de Janeiro.

Márcia joined Enel Group in 2006 as the holding’s Planning and Control Specialist. In 2008, she became Head of Planning and Control for the Group’s power generation companies and in 2009 she became Head of Reporting, a position she held for two years. In 2011 she was appointed Head of the Technical Office, a unit created to support the holding’s President’s Office, where she remained for four years.

She has a Master’s in Economics with a major in Finance from IBMEC-RJ, as well as three postgraduate degrees: Marketing, from IAG-PUC-RJ; Telecommunications Management, from Dom Cabral Foundation; and Entrepreneurship, from ESPM.

Márcia has been Enel Brasil’s Head of Sustainability since December 2014.
